1Who we are, and what these Terms cover
CryptX is a product of WealthX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“WealthX”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure (the “Terms”) govern your use of the CryptX website, the client portal, and the automated execution service (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, connecting a Delta Exchange account, or allowing the Service to place an order on your behalf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them — in particular with section 10, the risk disclosure — do not connect an account.
2What CryptX is — and what it is not
What it is. CryptX is an automated execution service. A proprietary, black-box algorithm opens and manages BTC options positions on a Delta Exchange India account that belongs to you, using API keys that you issue and can revoke. You do not pick trades, time entries, or manage risk; the rules are ours, the account is yours.
What it is not.
- Not an investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker or exchange. Nothing on the CryptX website, in the dashboard, or in any email or WhatsApp message we send is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We do not assess whether trading BTC options is suitable for you, your finances, or your goals. TO CONFIRM: whether any registration, licence or prescribed disclaimer applies to this activity in India, and the exact wording that must appear here
- Not affiliated with Delta Exchange. Delta Exchange India is the venue your account sits on. We are not their agent, partner or representative, and they do not endorse us. Your account, margin, settlement and withdrawals are governed by your own agreement with Delta.
- Not a custodian. We never hold your money. See section 5.
- Not a promise of profit. No return is guaranteed, projected or implied. See section 10.
3Eligibility and your CryptX account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must hold a Delta Exchange India account in your own name that you are entitled to operate, and trading crypto derivatives must be lawful for you where you live. You are responsible for your own compliance and for your own taxes.
- Sign-up details (name, email, phone) must be accurate. We verify your email and phone with a one-time code before the account is usable.
- Your login is yours alone. Do not share it. Tell us immediately at support@cryptxindia.com if you think it has been compromised.
- A single CryptX login may connect a limited number of trading accounts — currently three. The portal shows how many connections you have left.
4API keys: exactly what you give us
The Service runs on API keys that you create inside your own Delta account and paste into the portal.
- Trade permissions only. Withdrawals must be disabled. The engine can read your balance and open, manage and close positions. With withdrawals disabled on the key, it cannot move money and Delta enforces that on their side. We validate the key with a balance read when you connect, but we do not inspect its permission flags — switching withdrawals off is a step you must complete on Delta.
- IP whitelisting. We ask you to whitelist the single execution IP shown in your portal, so the key is useless from anywhere else.
- Storage. Keys and secrets are encrypted at rest in our database and are used only to operate the strategy on your account. See the Privacy Policy.
- Revocation. You can delete the key on Delta, or disconnect it in the portal, at any moment. Execution on your account stops the same second — see section 9 for what that means for positions that are still open.
- If you issue a key with withdrawal rights anyway, we will not use that permission — but please do not.
5Your funds never leave your own account
CryptX holds no client money, no client assets and no pooled wallet. Your capital stays in your Delta Exchange account for the entire relationship. Every profit and every loss is credited or debited there, by the exchange, in your name.
We can neither deposit to, nor withdraw from, nor transfer out of your account — the key you give us does not carry that permission. Margin, liquidation, settlement, funding and withdrawals remain matters between you and Delta under their rules.
6How the Service operates
- Our system generates entry and exit signals and places the corresponding orders on your account, 24×7, without your intervention.
- Every position carries a hard stop-loss, and exits are reduce-only. A stop caps a leg — it is not a guarantee of the price at which that leg will actually close. See section 10.
- Sizing is set in proportion to your wallet balance, so accounts of different sizes carry a comparable percentage risk. You are responsible for keeping enough margin in the account.
- You keep control. The dashboard shows every open position with a one-click close, and you may pause the engine on your account at any time. A leg you close yourself is not reopened by the system that day.
- Prices. P&L in the portal is computed from the fills that actually happened on your account, taken from our execution ledger — not from exchange mark prices. Your Delta account statement remains the authoritative record; if the two ever disagree, Delta's record governs and we will reconcile ours.
- No uptime guarantee. Exchange outages, API errors, rate limits, network failures, maintenance and our own downtime can delay or prevent an entry, an exit or a stop. We operate the Service on a best-effort basis.
7Fees: a share of realised profit, after Delta’s charges
There is no subscription and no AUM fee. There are two charges and no others: a one-time ₹2,000 onboarding fee, payable before the Service begins trading, and thereafter a performance fee, charged as a percentage share of the realised profit made on your account by the Service. The rate applied to your account is stated on every invoice, alongside the profit figure it was applied to, so each charge can be checked against your own trade history.
When you are charged
| Period | Length | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding | Once, when you join | ₹2,000, payable before the system begins trading |
| Free trial | 7 days from the day your payment clears | No performance fee on profit made in these 7 days |
| After that | 30-day periods counted from the day your payment cleared — the first covers days 8–30 | a share of the realised profit of that period, invoiced when the period closes |
The onboarding fee is a one-time ₹2,000, payable before the system begins trading. The first 7 days from the day it clears are a free trial: the algo trades and your P&L is tracked, and no performance fee is charged on profit made in them. After that the account is billed in 30-day periods counted from the day your payment cleared — the first covers days 8 to 30, and each later period 30 days — each charged on the realised profit of that period and each invoiced only once that period has closed. The earliest a performance invoice can reach you is day 30, and only if the period ended in profit. A flat or negative period is billed nothing, and the shortfall carries forward against a high-water mark before any future fee applies.
Clients who joined before the onboarding fee was introduced pay no onboarding fee; their 7-day free trial is counted from their account’s first executed trade instead, and their 30-day periods from that same day.
The fee is measured after Delta’s charges
Worked example. A 30-day period in which the closed round-trips realise $1,000 of profit, while Delta charged $300 of commissions on the Service’s orders in the same period, is billed on $700. Had the commissions been $1,000, the period would be flat and carry no fee; had they been $1,200, the $200 shortfall would carry forward against the high-water mark. Your billing page shows, for every period, the realised profit, the Delta charges deducted and the net figure the rate was applied to.
How a period is calculated
- Realised profit only. A round-trip counts in the period in which its closing fill happened, priced at the real traded fills. Positions still open when a period ends roll into the next period untouched.
- Net of Delta’s charges. The figure the fee is applied to is the traded-fill profit described above, minus the commission (with GST) and any liquidation fee Delta charged on the Service’s own orders in that period, counted by the time of each fill.
- Each period stands alone. The fee is a share of that period’s profit, not of your account value and not of cumulative gains.
- A flat or losing period is billed nothing.
- High-water mark. A losing period’s deficit carries forward and must be earned back before any new fee applies. You are never charged for a recovery that only restores an earlier loss.
- A loss in the free trial carries forward; a profit in it is not charged. A trial-week loss counts against your first period, so you earn it back before any fee applies. Profit made in the trial is simply left out — it is never billed, and it is not banked against later losses.
- Statements. Every period closes with a statement, including periods where the fee is zero.
Invoicing and payment
- Your P&L is denominated in USD; invoices are raised in Indian rupees. TO CONFIRM: the USD→INR conversion basis to publish (source and time of the rate used)
- Fees below our minimum invoice amount are not billed at all rather than raised as dust.
- Taxes: TO CONFIRM: GST treatment — whether the performance fee is stated inclusive or exclusive of GST, and the rate and HSN/SAC to show on the invoice
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Unpaid invoices. A performance-fee invoice that stays unpaid beyond a 7-day grace period pauses new entries on your account. Positions already open continue to be managed and closed. Paying the invoice resumes trading.
Cancellation, disputed invoices and the (limited) circumstances in which money is returned are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8Payments through Razorpay
Card, UPI and netbanking payments are collected by our payment gateway, Razorpay. When you pay an invoice you are also transacting with Razorpay under their terms and privacy policy. WealthX receives confirmation of the payment and a payment reference — not your instrument details.
We verify every payment’s signature before marking an invoice paid. If a payment is debited but the invoice still shows as open, contact us and we will reconcile it — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9Pausing, cancelling and termination
You can stop at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. You can:
- pause the engine from the portal (open positions stay managed, no new entries), or
- disconnect the API key in the portal, or
- delete or disable the key inside your Delta account — execution stops immediately, or
- email support@cryptxindia.com and ask us to stop.
Cancelling stops future billing. A period that has already closed with an invoice raised on profit you actually made remains payable.
We may suspend or end the Service on your account if a fee invoice goes unpaid past its grace period, if we suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful use, if your exchange account or key stops working, or if we are required to by law — and we may discontinue the Service entirely on reasonable notice. We will write to the email on your account. TO CONFIRM: notice period for a wind-down of the Service
10Risk disclosure — read this before you connect
The nature of the strategy
- Selling options wins often and loses rarely but severely. A short strangle collects premium in calm markets and gives it back — sometimes several periods’ worth at once — in a violent one.
- A stop-loss caps a leg, not a gap. Bitcoin trades 24×7 and can move faster than an order can be filled. Your actual exit may be materially worse than the stop level.
- Leverage and margin. Positions are margined on Delta. Adverse moves can trigger margin calls or exchange liquidation of your account, independently of anything we do.
- Execution risk. Slippage, thin books, rejected orders, API failures, rate limits and exchange downtime can all prevent an intended entry, exit or stop.
- Exchange and counterparty risk. Your funds sit with Delta Exchange India. Exchange outage, insolvency, policy change or regulatory action is a risk you carry directly.
- Costs matter. Exchange commissions consume a large share of the gross profit of this style of trading, and the drag is worst on small accounts — see the figures below.
About the backtested figures published on our website
Backtested performance is hypothetical and does not guarantee future returns. Figures are a causal replay over 2025-08-01 → 2026-08-04 (368 days, 565 trades) on 1-minute Delta option marks, net of exchange commissions — fees consume 27.8% of gross P&L, and the drag is worse at smaller sizes where Delta’s minimum commission dominates a small premium. This configuration was selected as the best performer of a parameter sweep on this same data, so out-of-sample results should be expected to be materially lower; earlier walk-forward runs produced roughly half this figure. A short strangle wins often and loses rarely but severely — the worst single trade lost a 27.5% down month, and the stop-loss caps a leg, not a gap. Net drawdown reached −36.2% of peak equity. The 10 profitable months out of 13 are a property of a window that contained no sustained volatility shock. Crypto F&O carries risk of substantial loss.
In that same replay, a $5,000 account spent its first seven months below its starting balance, with the worst month at −27.5% (April 2026). A new account can begin in exactly such a stretch.
In plain terms: the published results are hypothetical, were chosen with hindsight from a parameter sweep on the same data they are measured on, and include a −36.2% peak-to-trough drawdown. Honest expectations for live trading are materially lower than the headline figure. Your results will differ, and may be a loss.
Past performance — whether backtested or live — is not indicative of future results. No part of this page or our website is a projection, forecast or guarantee.
11No advice, no guarantee, no suitability assessment
CryptX executes a fixed rule set. We do not know your income, obligations, risk tolerance, tax position or portfolio, and we do not assess whether this strategy is appropriate for you. The decision to connect an account, and the amount of capital you expose, is yours alone. Consider taking independent professional advice before you start.
We make no representation that the Service will be profitable, that any particular return will be achieved, or that historical behaviour will repeat.
12Third parties the Service depends on
The Service relies on providers we do not control: Delta Exchange India (order routing and custody of your funds), Razorpay (payments), our transactional email provider, our WhatsApp messaging provider, and our hosting provider. Their outages, errors or policy changes can interrupt the Service. Except where the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
13Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe or reconstruct the strategy, the signals or the software.
- Do not scrape the portal, resell or redistribute our signals, or operate the Service on behalf of third parties without our written agreement.
- Do not interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful, including money laundering or evading sanctions or exchange controls.
- Do not misrepresent CryptX or WealthX — for example by describing us as an adviser, as regulated, as guaranteeing returns, or as connected with Delta Exchange.
14Intellectual property
The strategy, the software, the dashboards, the site content and the CryptX and WealthX names are ours or our licensors’. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the portal for your own trading account, for as long as these Terms are in force. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthX is not liable for trading losses, lost or missed profits, missed or delayed entries, exits or stop-losses, exchange or gateway failure, liquidation of your exchange account, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to TO CONFIRM: liability cap — e.g. the total performance fees you actually paid us in the [3/6/12] months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct. TO CONFIRM: counsel to confirm this clause is enforceable in India for this activity and adjust the carve-outs
TO CONFIRM: whether a client indemnity in WealthX’s favour should be included, and its scope
16Your data
What we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may change the Service, the strategy parameters, and these Terms. Where a change materially affects your rights or the fee, we will notify you by email and in the dashboard before it takes effect (TO CONFIRM: minimum notice period for material changes, and whether fee changes require explicit opt-in). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
18Grievances and complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to support@cryptxindia.com with your registered email and, for a billing matter, the invoice number. We answer within the trading day wherever we can.
19Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at TO CONFIRM: jurisdiction city have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. TO CONFIRM: whether disputes should instead go to arbitration, and if so the seat, rules, number of arbitrators and language
